Banana loaf/bread/cake recpie

Options
I've been searching for this one for a little while now but I FINALLY managed to find the original recipe I used to use and I thought I'd share it in case others like me have a few manky old bananas that need using up hanging about attracting fruit flies lol

Banana cake in the bread maker

2-3 bananas (once they are past their best and a bit overripe but not yucky)
1 cup of sugar
2 cups of selfraising flour
3 tbsp of oil
2 eggs

I just stick it on the cake setting but I do make sure the bananas have been properly mushed (you could mush them first if you want?)

You can bake it in the oven too, I would probably say 180 and keep checking on it or go by other banana loaf cooking times and temperatures... :)
