    We should also not forget that it is in the CRA's financial interest to hold erroneous records for us. This is why it has become necessary to cough up money to see your report before you apply for a mortgage or indeed ANY type of credit. Access to all 3 reports has now become a requirement. For most people this would not be necessary if they could be trusted to hold correct information.
