    I wonder what electrical thing will go wrong next? Having switched off the oven and decided on using Remoska I decided to bake a rapid loaf. After carefully measuring ingredients and even sifting the flour I switched on the bread maker only to find the touch controls would not work and were stuck on a four hour bake so had to leave it at that which means it will be eight o clock by the time the loaf is baked.

    Not sure what time dd is arriving so will wait till she drives up to cook.
