Hello all,

Main question is do I have a case to appeal for my ticket or not?

I have parked in a suspended bay but i paid for the duration of my space? Borough was City and westminster. Parked in warwick street.

Is there any chance I can appeal or not?

    I assume this is a council ticket?
    Best to post on Pepipoo, they deal with council tickets much better. This forum concentrates on private parking notices.
