I found that if I typed the answer to the security question (which is always 9 in my experience) as "nine", it wouldn't even start to submit - but if I put it as "9", it went through. There's no indication that it's not working or that "nine" is why, but clicking submit does nothing with "nine" for me... hth maybe!
