I haven't seen much mention on here of the new version of Android yet, so as it is currently downloading on my Nexus 5X I thought I would start a thread to collect comments good and bad. I'm hoping it will fix the longstanding Marshmallow issue with delayed alerts.

My download eventually happened after several failures last night, although for some reason either the phone or the router was playing up and it did it over 3G, so I've ended up using more than my Virgin data allowance for the month which has cost me (so far) an extra £2. Not looked much at new functionality, the only obvious thing to me is the menu bar at the top of the screen when you swipe down a notification and the ability to reply from that notification.0

Mine was similar I had to download the package twice before it worked.
I also like the notification bar and find double tap on the recent app button to swap between the last two apps very handy.

Yes, split screen looks like it could be useful, and the swap with double tap feature will be handy. There are a few tips on new features here.

As an aside, I rang Virgin mobile to tell them I'd gone over my allowance and they gave me an extra 200MB which should be plenty to last me until my allowance is reset in 5 days time.0 -
Moto G 2015 for me, no update as yet, but we've only just got M!0

I have an unofficial build but its not great yet. Although they have just created the CM14 tree so hopefully there should be some progress with my device soon.“Time is intended to be spent, not saved” - Alfred Wainwright0
