Hi
I parked my car about six months ago on a private land in city centre. I was parked there for about 30 minutes and by the time I arrived back at my car, I was already issued with a parking ticket which was issued literally 4 minutes prior to me getting back.
I have had numerous letters from Comprehensive Management Services / ZZPS (which I ignored) and now I have had two letters from Wright Hassall. The most recent being a 'FORMAL LETTER OF CLAIM'. I have seen several versions of the same letter posted by others online.
Please help me with a response to this letter as I have seen numerous threads online and i am slightly confused.
