Trading standards aren't going to do anything about them cancelling an appointment a day in advance.

after having had a no show before, i decided to give them another chance, and booked 3 months in advance for a service (i like to have 2 service on my car in a year) - and despite having done that, they call me the day before the service which i was looking forward to and say that my car cannot be booked in...this made me so upset and annoyed!

they are big on marketing and luring people in and cannot deliver. I will also be telling the Trading Standards about this...

stay away as much as you can

think you need to get out more,

]Car booked in for a FULL service and was charged up front which included a repair to a leaking oil sump. The oil sump repair was quoted as £524 + VAT and the full service went from the advertised £80.68 + VAT to £346 + VAT. Total cost £1045.39 including VAT. When my car was eventually returned it was apparent that the FULL service had not been carried out in any way. No new filters, wheel and brake inspection not carried out , antifreeze change and brake fluid change not carried out, pollen filter change not carried our... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DONE apart from the oil pan replacement which was at more than twice and much as the NIssan Dealer would have charged, (As I found out retrospectively)
I complained via telephone and was told by your customer services that my car would be booked into another garage for immediate inspection and for the FULL service to be carried out and they would call me back with a date and time for collection and guess what ?.... NOTHING , no calls or emails despite me leaving several messages .

This its tantamount to fraud so please learn from my mistake ...looks like my £400 is gone for good.
DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
