How easy is it to transfer a Sky package to a new address.

At the moment we have a Sky package which includes TV, Broadband and line rental.
We are due to move in around a months time and want to continue with the package at the new house. There is already a dish there
a n old sky box has been left behind so the previous people must have been with Sky.
Will we have to cancel and then become new customers at the new address or is it simple to continue the package. Is it likely there will also be exorbitant installation fees at the new address.
Anyone have any experience of how easy or difficult it is to transfer a package?

No need to cancel
You can do a self install if there's a dish there

Thank you for that.0

You can just take along your box or just the viewing card, but be aware that an old box may not have the required cabling for recording two channels at once.
You will, however, have to negotiate something with the line and broadband, probably meaning a new 12 month minimum term.0
