New build purchase

Hello all, I'm currently buying a new build purchase with help to buy.
The final inspection from NHBC is happening in a couple of weeks, does anyone know -
How soon the certificate is issued after the inspection?
How soon can I complete after this?
The builder has advised I get my solicitor to requested the mortgage and help to buy funds before the inspection happens so I'm ready to complete, can this be done?
Many thanks

The cover note is issued, then the builder will serve notice.
You will normally see two weeks between sign-off and completion as this is the usual notice period.
The solicitors may be able to have a faster completion date, especially if the builder is happy to wait for the HTB funds for a few days after completion as one or two of ours do.I am a mortgage broker.
