I purchase a property in Birmingham mid teraced house.

Which company I use for regular maintaince? I need to gas safety certificate , bioler check and fire alarm setup for each floor.

Any suggestion ?

If you're going to live in it no need for a gas safety cert, just have the boiler serviced and maybe have a CO indicator somewhere near. If you really need an alarm then DIY is probably cheapest. Very unlikely that companies offering a package of products will be either the best or the cheapest.
