help - Concrete soil board/barge board

I have just bought some concrete boards to go under the fence panels. They are so heavy I think it would take 4 men to lift to 6 feet to slot them into the fence posts.
There must be an easier way/knack to get them in - else I've wasted a lot of money
Please help!

You put them in as you are concreting the posts in. You then put the panels in. You then put a rope around the posts and tie it tightly. You then put a pole in the rope and twist it to pull the posts together.
If uve already done it the !!!! about face then i would think it would be very difficult and dangerous with them jamming all the time unless you are a post setting perfectionist!
An alternative would be to use some tanalised wooden boards instead but they may bow if you wish them to act as retainer boards.Cash ISA rate 6.5% fixed for 2 years. Mortgage rate 0.75% = 5.75% profit on £75K = £4500 per year:j

Thanks Andrew. I am doing it a* about f* because I inherited an old crumbling fence - with concrete posts in place. So I guess its back to the builders merchants with the concrete boards!0
