Hi all need to ask a a question regarding ANPR.
How do I prove the double dip when I have dropped somebody off left car park and came back a short time afterwards picked someone up and then left?. My worry is the firm in question PE will deny it.
Any info appreciated.

Please read the Sticky thread for NEWBIS then appeal using the BPA template in blue. Very carefully add hat their system is flawed and the driver was a victim of their unfit for purpose anpr system. Don't reveal who as driving.
Also complain to the landowner/retailer.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

The highly flawed ANPR system.
When you left the car park for the first and second time, can you prove where you went and the times.
Was the the person you dropped off shopping in a store ?
If so the first point of call is the store with receipts demanding they cancel it. Could it be Morrisons ?0 -
No receipts, not shopping. Just a visit into reception area to speak to someone, matter of minutes0
