How to contact Amazon UK

Options
Hi Guys
Does anyone know how to contact Amazon for a complaint please ?

We ordered a ladder to be delivered within 4 days (Prime member) and got a delivery date at the start of August - wife took time off for it arriving.
On the morning we got a text message saying it was delayed and we would get another date soon or we could cancel as it was outside the specified delivery time. we waited anf 4 days later got the same message (still no date) so cancelled and bought elsewhere.
The cancellation shows up on our account but so did the order.

On Tuesday we got an automated e-mail saying it had been dispatched and it arrived yesterday but delivery was refused by my wife. However they have still taken the money from our account.

I cant find any e-mail or phone contacts to get in touch with Amazon to sort this.
I am still hoping they may credit our account when the ladder is returned by the transport company but never having done anything like this before I have no idea.

Sorry but how hard have you looked? There are several ways to get to the contact screens, but the simplest is to select Help, type Contact, select the first option and then Contact Us.

You could have also Googled Amazon Contact and one of the first results provides a direct link.

Another way is go to the Help screen and click on 'Need More Help?' topic then choose the 'Contact Us' link

Got through in the end but its not that easy, when you click help it takes you to the page where you can email them but then you have to select the item you are complaining about - so far so good
It then takes you to a page with multiple choice drop down boxes (I had actually got this far last night) but none of the choices match the problem
by selecting "wrong" questions it then gets you to a "e-mail" form page where you can actually type a message.

Why they cant just give an actual e-mail address is beyond me.
anyway thanks for the help both - just waiting for my refund now LOL

You can actually elect to speak with an actual Amazon Customer Service representative (and Amazon pay for the call), so you don't even need to wait for an E-Mail to be read and responded to. It's really not hard to click through to customer service from your account page.

However, why did you refuse to accept the late delivery? You'll probably wait a lot longer for a refund on this because you have refused delivery rather than had it uplifted.

Also, is this sale direct from Amazon or is it a third party seller?
