Not sure that Schofield has helped move the debate forward much, but every little helps I guess!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I did comment on a couple of Muppet's ill informed stupid posts, but it's typical Daily Mail gormless morons that just like to wind people up.....I tend to grab the bait being old and crotchety during my waking hours.0
