The right insurance for me

Im 29 years old, just married with one child. Bought my first house, new build, a few months ago. So comes with 10 year warranty.

I need to get some insurance but don't want to spend an arm and a leg for something Ill probably never use.

Ive had a money supermarket quote done and more than are giving me a really good quote, 100 quid for a year.

But then I don't want to be spending money if the insurer is not going to be helpful in the event of a claim.

I presume I also need life insurance.

And to add matters worse, Ive had to change jobs and current one is only temporary, whats my best insurance so that bills are covered if I were to lose my job

it's important to consider this:


'you get what you pay for'


Cheap and good don't always go together.


That time when you 'probably' use will end in tears if you get a cheap and nasty one like Admiral Home insurance. I.E rejection of your claim.


Income protection is important to have as is Life assurance, but insurers may require you to be in a permanent job for x amount of time, you need to check the small print.
