hi there, i want to shift to a 0% credit card but the best choice that MSE is coming up with is with barclaycard, which is who the original debt is with. should i apply or is this going to flag on the system ??

on the barclaycard system i meant... i.e they would probably think why would we lend to him again at a lower rate???0
