Plumbase. Any good?

Getting a bath and new radiator put in. My plumber gets discount with Plumbase and is keen for me to get my bath from there. I am happy to do so but cant seem to find many reviews for Plumbase or their products.

Anyone bought from Plumbase? Any opinions out there?

Do they have their own products? We fitted out a couple of bathrooms from there but nothing was "own brand". The salesman moved to City Plumbing so we went there for the next bathroom & got exactly the same stuff.

Our local Plumbase isn't there any more.

None of the merchants have their own brands, they sell stuff not make it

There much like any wholesaler there more expensive than the pure online sales types,

There advantage with sanitary ware etc as with most high street ones is that you can physical see what you buy? Stand next to it, sit on it, get in it etc Also if something’s broken, needs to be returned missing a part they‘ll get them within 24hr etc Some might see that's more of an advantage to installer than client? I suppose its how quick you want something and if you willing to pay for the privilege ?
