Can anyone help?? I am looking at a week away end Jan/beg of Feb 08 for my 40th(:eek: ) and we are now looking at Tenerife, we have never been before but have been to the other canaries isles. We are going to book a private apartment and just book flights seperately. Can anyone help with airlines/companies that fly to tenerife?? have looked at Opodo etc and the cheapest is £800! That is for 2 adults and 2 kids (8 & 4). Is there any cheaper firms out there???

Where do you want to fly from?

Ryanair have started to fly there from E.Mids and Liverpool.
Monarch also fly there and Thomsonfly.

Jet 2 fly from Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle and seem cheaper.

Sloppychops sorted me out, bless! Booked flights with www.flymonarch.com just put a random date in and the cost is £514 from Birmingham on a Sunday (cheaper dates available). We then booked the apartment thro www.medhotels.com and stayed at the Green Golf Resort which for a week for the same date tied in with the flight is £368 for a two bedroomed apartment, one with ensuite. Loads of cheaper apartments/hotels available tho.

I always find Monarch about the best. Ryan air are starting flights but watch your baggage allowance.
Have you decided where you want to go? I have a 1 bed apartment on the Golf Del Sur?

You may find a cheaper flights HERE.. Travelsupermarket is a screenscraper and searches all the leading airlines and some budget ones

Thanks for all your replies, I will do some surfing, we are based in N Yorks so any northern airport would be good but willing to fly from anywhere really within 3 hrs driving time.
Not sure whereabouts we want to stay but somewhere quieter not mad busy, somewhere where there is a pool and a town to mooch about in. Would ideally want 2 bed place. We will have our 2 kids with us so cant go too mad!!
Budget is around 600-700 tops!!
