Unless it's long distance why do you need snacks? I'm sure the human body can survive without food getting stuffed into for a 4 hour flight or less0

Pretzels, cereal bars (obviously nothing with nuts in) and boiled sweets are what I usually take (but only when I'm flying long haul)Everything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the endQuidquid Latine dictum sit altum videtur0

you were talking about eating it for hotel breakfast and stealing it for your lunch:I normally have cooked, toast/bread/cakes, fruit n yoghurt. Most places I have stayed in, I have wrapped a cob with meat n cheese or a Danish pastry or similar in a napkin and slide it into my bag - when none of the hotel staff are nearby, as some hotels have rules not allowing food to be taken out of the restaurant.0 -
I usually take half a dozen uncooked chicken breasts and some pitta bread and a small disposable bbq with me just incase i get peckishLive each day like its your last because one day you'll be right0

Previously I've taken Lidl chocolate croissants, & pasties, although they probably stink.0

I think this may be more common for those flying on BA when they eventually introduce the buy on board option in the not too distant future.
To be honest, BA's food is woeful to very moderate - even in First and Business.Previously I've taken Lidl chocolate croissants, & pasties, although they probably stink.
A few years back I was waiting to return to Newcastle from Amsterdam on KLM, and I was sat next to an elderly Chinese lady. We were a little delayed and she must have felt a bit peckish.
She had a packet of something with a picture of a prawn on the front accompanied by Chinese writing and when she opened the packet.........oh dear...it stunk the cabin out and the she was totally oblivious to everyone around her covering their noses.
She certainly looked as though she enjoyed them - which is more than can be said for her fellow passengers!

OK I don't eat bread in the UK as it bloats me. Don't have an issue with foreign bread.

I'm a little curious to know what the difference is with 'foreign bread' and the type we produce in the UK?
I would have thought flour, water and yeast is the same anywhere:huh:
Although I suspect it won't be as simple as that.
