Got a ticket which I appealed ... They rejected it.
I was parked nearby a sign on my side which said 10am-12 noon residents parking only or pay at machine. Bromley say this means 10am-noon = residents parking only. All other times pay at machine. I thought (and have always thought) this meant 10am-noon residents parking OR pay at machine. I was parked around 11am with a ticket.
Interestingly the traffic warden walked right down the other end of the street to take a photo of the sign which JUST said residents parking only.
Should I just pay it?

Better over a Pepipoo as they specialise in council tickets. Here is for private parking charges.
