Terms & Conditions

1. Only 1 entry per person. Multiple entries & through agents or third parties are invalid.
2. The closing date for receipt of entries is 31/03/08, 17.00 GMT. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are illegible, delayed or lost for whatsoever reason.
3. Open to UK, CI & IoM residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Ocean Spray International Inc. UK Ltd., their agents or anyone connected professionally with the promotion.
4. Entrants agree to be bound by all the entry instructions of which these terms and conditions form a part.
5. 2 winners & 10 runners up will be drawn at random under independent supervision.
6. There are 2 holidays to New England to be won. Each holiday is for 2 people for 7 nights and includes fights, accommodation and car hire. For full itinerary click here.
7. All accommodation is subject to availability and is provided on a Room Only basis. The holiday must be completed by 30/11/08.
8. Visa(s), travel insurance, travel to and from UK airports and valid driving licence are winners' responsibility and cost.
9. 10 runners up will each win a 2-person American style breakfast hamper containing a pancake pan, 'A Real American Breakfast' cookbook, Ocean Spray Cranberry Classic Juice Drink and Jordans '3 in one' breakfast cereal.
10. Only one prize per household.
11. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part to any of the prizes. The Promoter reserves the right to offer a similar prize, or a prize of equal or greater value, if the stated prize is unavailable.
12. Winners will be contacted by 15/04/08 via the email address used for the entry. Any winner who has not responded to notification within 21 days will forfeit their prize; a replacement winner will be selected at random from other entrants.
13. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. For a list of names & counties of winners and runners up send a SAE marked 'Winners' to the promotional address after 30/04/08.
15. Winners may be required to take part in unpaid promotional related publicity.

Hi still new to this so hopefully this works. I tried a search but couldn't find anything. Apologies if it has been posted before.
