I have a bit of an unusual situation NatWest at the moment. I had a student credit card with them when I was at uni I did have late payments on it and its been paid in full it's all on Experian and I thought it was now closed down.
It hasn’t been closed down I don’t have the card as it’s been a long time. I spoke to Natwest about this and they advised they have no record of me ever having a card with them so they can’t close it down. Can you advise what I should do?
