There's the relevant rule.
I think it's the Extended Civil Restraint Order that applies, not the limited one and not the general one.
There is no provision for the type of order you'd want, which is an order prohibiting them from issuing further claims against YOU as opposed to against anyone.
The application needs to be made to a higher judge than a DJ.
You would face a high hurdle with this one, I'm not sure it's worth trying.
But you may be confident enough to have a go.
