Condensation and Positive Pressure Unit (or Positive Input ventilation)

Hi,

Our house suffers from condensation - its a very old house (about 200 years old) which has over the years been treated to modern finishes, rendering, insulation etc. To rememedy all of this isn`t a short term job unfortunately, so i`m considering installing a positive pressure unit in the loft as my dad did this in a house he rents out and it helped alot.

Are there any recommendations for certain models out there? The price range seems to be quite big!

There is an Airtech drimaster around £360, a Nuaire drimaster about the same and a envirovent mr venty which looks the same but about £800! Plus many others aswell!

Any help much appreciated, thanks, Mike
