Under kitchen sink leak - help needed!

Hi,
Brand new to this forum but I have been trying to change the kitchen sink tap for two days now - done before but this is problematic!
Only moved in on the 19th of August so I've been doing a lot of work around the place (Many bodge jobs found! :undecided)
I've managed to get the hot water tap flexipipe off the main supply line, but the cold one is so stuck I've had to put it back on and tighten it as well as I can (now at a steady, slow drip) until I can fix the problem.
See photos, the cold water supply bottom nut is now looser and I cannot keep it still while I try and move the flexipipe nut which is the one which is stuck.
Any help would be much appreciated!
Main pipe, bottom comes off, top won't budge.
Ok, I can't add photos, will try in post below.
Thanks,
Juli

You need to upload the pics to a photo hosting site then post the links here with either spaces or no http & then the forum will think it's just normal textI'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.0
