I think part of the problem in this is the fact that a homebuyers survey as just turned into an !!! covering exercise and I suspect the same goes for a "full structural too". How any layperson is supposed to decipher these things is beyond me.0

when you buy a house, considering all the elements are important and this is important even if you are buying for living purpose or if you are interested and buying it for the investment purpose. look for the prefab garage, plot and map of the house for making right choice.0

This house has a small 'blot' on its history - so perhaps you should expect to pay slightly less for it, and sell it for slightly less......
....Some buyers will run a mile, others will think "Wow, this property is good value - because of something that's not really relevant that happened 35 years ago".
I think the problem is that the OP doesn't feel the house represents good value at the asking price.
However, they've not simply let go and moved on, which suggests that other houses within budget aren't offering as much.0
