RBS/Santander now on Android Pay

Doesn't seem to have been officially announced yet, but Reddit is abuzz with report of these two banks coming on-stream with Android Pay. I've just added my Child & Co (RBS) debit card, and it's displaying correctly as a Child & Co card, but is asking me to call them to verify it. That seems a rather pointless step in the process, couldn't they just send me a code by SMS or something?
Can't confirm yay or nay re: Santander personally but plenty of reports floating around that it works. Enjoy, folks!
