Confused over CoOp switch

I was a Co-op banker last year. I switched to them in 2015 for the incentive.
I left 6 months ago to join M&S for the switch incentive.
I've just received an email, and in big letter it says:
"Hi Lazer. Come back and switch to us, and we'll give you £150"
Then in the small print, it says:
" Excludes existing customers paying in £800+ per month from 3rd Feb 16 to 3rd May 16 and any recipients of previous switching incentives from January 2014."
I'm confused, as they've written to me to say I'll get £150 in big print, but then put that conflicting note in the caveat????

Well it's obviously a bulk email sent out to everyone who has switched away from them to entice them back. The terms and conditions then give the details of the offer which makes you not eligible.
I wouldn't say it's conflicting, it's just like seeing a poster in a bank saying "switch to us and we will give you £100". But you already have an account with them so are not eligible, but it doesn't make it conflicting it's just the terms of the offer.0 -

A poster is general advertising, open to all to view. This email has been personally addressed.
But you already have an account with them so are not eligible...
Personally I'd go for it, as I have done previously...and got the incentive payment a second time.0 -

I would also consider the emails to be general advertising considering that it will be a bulk email generated by computer and his name was just taken from their database.
Also the part about him having an account already was part of the imaginary poster scenario and not to do with his CO-OP account.0
