'Cancel for any reason' travel insurance

Hi,
Does anyone know of travel insurance that would offer cover if I can't travel due to a change in plans that are out of my control (e.g. nothing like illness, death, airline failure).
Anyone know of cover like this in the UK? I know it can be had in the US...

As far as I know it doesn't exist here. A friend of mine from Sweden has this option. If she books through a travel agent, she can pay a modest additional premium which allows her to cancel right up until about 24 or 48 hours before departure for any reason and gets a full refund.
I once put a question on MSE asking if there was anything similar here because I was so surprised that it was possible. I got no replies.0
