I want to use the M&is 0% deal with PayPal.
I've notice some things I've bought are purchases in PayPal and others are payments despite being for "goods".
Is there a difference? And will it qualify for 0%

In case anyone else was interested, I have topped up a microfinance account from M&S via paypal. I am lending the money out. This was treated as a purchase not cash by M&S.0
