New Customer Haggling?

I've seen lots of threads here regarding renewal haggling and retention deals, but is it possible to haggle companies down as a new customer and has anyone had any experience of this?

Obviously I know there are regular deals and discounts on offer, but is it possible to get them down even further?

I'm in the process of buying my first house and looking to get Sky (Box Sets package, standard HD box, not Q, single box) with Sky Fibre Unlimited, Cinema, Sports and pay as you go phone plan. At the moment I'm looking at around £100 a month and although I've opted for a lot of extras, would be interested to see if it is possible to get this down at all.

Quite common to get 50% off from Sky for new customers. You can either google for an offer code/link, or go on the chat and see what they offer you.
