Using phone as a dashcam

Hi,


I've looked at dashcams and figure that theres no reason I cant use my phone as a camera ( ok night times not great but with headlights on its ok )


Is there a recommended app ( prefer one that just loops ) for either a iphone 5c or a good android please?

Lots and it will depend on the device how well they worked, a few with blackbox in their name, my old phones gone missing. I know a i had a few on that.

You really need to play with them though, Some had issues with certain screen resolutions. One recorded but the video was unplayable after due to the screen res being 720p. Change it to anything else and it was fine.

That was only an issue with the Galaxy S2 i was using at the time.
