Solarlux bifold doors

Just wondering whether anyone has any solarlux bifold doors who can advise what the seal should look like round the door on the outside. We had some doors fitted last week and this morning I opened them and noticed there was a lot of water in a channel in front of the door-it looks like it's missing a seal. Will be phoning them tomorrow, but concerned they will say it's right and I'm convinced it doesn't look right. The only seal round the doors is on the hinge side.
