I have contacted a company that searches for people in australia im giving it one go to try and locate the nephew and if i get no response i am going to go ahead and erect a fence around the land within the next 2 weeks in which i have contacted somebody to price the job up for me and that has done work for me before, the land is that overgrown it has grown to be around 4 and a half feet high and is over running the farm track, if nobody decided to try and use it and bring it back into use. Its will majorly impact my aunties friends property next door i am also going to board up the bungalow so its water tight so none of the belongings rhat are left are destroyed and if nobody approaches me and claim the land is there i will continue using it and see if i can claim adverse possession when the time has elapsed0

I have tried contacting the owner without any joy. Searched for any other relatives and put an add in the paper. I have had the land fenced off for the last 3 weeks with a gate which is locked and we are keeping goats there. All I can do is use the land and wait and see what happens0
