That might be ok. Low bhp so cheap for my daughter and i to be insured on. Build up my ncb and get something powerful. Trouble is nowadays there is nowhere to put your foot down.

I have a 57 plate cmax (1.8L petrol). Insurance is only £160/year fully comprehensive, and I can easily fit a double buggy and all the food shopping in the boot.

It do about 32mpg on shorter day to day runs, and 38mpg on longer journeys.

I paid £2700 for one with 85k miles.

So far, so good... (Had it 8 months)
