Thought I would update to date I have lost almost 2 stone. No problem with the band, customer services fully operational (lost cap) offer still running.&#55357;&#56836;

So mine has snapped in two. Jawbone support on twitter didn't reply so I took the chance and went into currys who refunded me. They don't stock them in store ...Im already lost without it its crazy how you get used to the silent alarm etc. My friend has a spare fitbit who is selling it for £20 thankfully!

Jawbone Customer Support does not exist in the UK anymore. They will not answer any email and you cannot talk to anyone on phone. I have just contacted Amazon whom I purchased it from and they are going to collect and refund me. Avoid Jawbone products at all costs folks, this is my second one that has broken. I also have a fitbit that has never been out of the box so will use this instead!
