1. This prize draw is open to all residents in the UK and the Republic of Ireland over 18 years in age, excluding employees and their families of Procter & Gamble and its associated companies, their agents and anyone else professionally connected to this promotion.
2. Entrants must be registered with the head&shoulders database in order to enter the prize draw.
3. Last date for receipt of entries is 30th September, 2007. All entries received by this date will be entered into a prize draw taking place on the 5th October, 2007.
4. The first randomly selected entry by an independent person will win a celebrity makeover, which consists of a consultation and style cut by Melissa Brown with a make-over done by a professional make-up artist. Make-up artist to be selected by promoter. The winner will also receive shopping vouchers to the value of £500.00.
5. The location of the prize fulfillment will be London. Travel costs at standard class between London and the Winner's home location will be paid for within the UK & Republic of Ireland.
6. There is no cash alternative to the prize. Please allow 28 days for prize details to be confirmed.
