Thanks for that but we can get hold of the lady dealing with the complaint very easily so that's not an issue. As for when the complaint was raised that seems to be different based on whether you ask us or EON. I first complained about not being able to log our electric reading way back last year but EON didn't escalate this to a formal complaint until almost 8 weeks ago despite the fact we had regularly tried to resolve this several times before. They seemed to stand up and take notice only though when they realised they were not taking money from us. We keep speaking and going round in circles. They tell us they know what we owe but we can pay them and we have no option to wait until the resolve the mystery tariff issue or go back to British Gas as we were last advised was an option. I have also checked as advised "who supplies my power" and it is registered as EON. Fed up of wasting time and money on calls now trying to sort out but not getting any clear answers but most of all we are just confused!0

It's great to know you have a contact that you can reach so easily.
The complaint date is maybe something to bring in to the conversation again, it does appear to be very frustrating at the moment for you and I understand why.
It's unfortunate, as due to the stage the account has reached I can't actually take over or offer anything further.
It's a case now of, you've done the right thing and it's with the correct people here and to follow the escalation process.
