  • The cylinder stat is set at 90 it should be 60

  • Is there a reason it should be set to 60?
    I turned it down to 75 as that's what I set the boiler "effort" at.
  • Yes because that is the standard setting for hotwater, anything over 65 & the cylinder will scale up anything under 50 & you run the risk of legionella growing in the cylinder, plus unless you want to take the skin off of your hands & anything else you dangle in the hot water anything above 60 is way too hot
    I'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
