i have complained to SRA, but, lets be honest, this isn't going to stop anytime soon.

They have broken down the costs and £298 is if we go to court and i lose which is all the usual charges they fabricate and slap on.

i have again just resent the original email.

    They do not give up.

You keep complaining to the SRA until this does go away and BWLegal are sanctioned for misleading the public and adding on charges they are not entitled to.
That sum is probably made up of a £50 which is said to be fraudulent

A invoice for £144.00 for taking to long to pickup a college student in May2012 but i do not no which volunteer driver entered this private car and exceeded the free time {Ive found since to be 10 mins but not seen this displayed}.I do not know why delayed as the usual practice was if the student wasn't in site to drive out and come back shortly after. There was also some tickets paid for[but not used] because the student came in site while carrying out the lenthy process of entering registration and change for ticket and would prove there was no intent to evade parking charges. I also do not know how VCS got my previos tempory address [ I had a annoyed call to get the threatening mail stopped] as it appears they didn't register with IPC ltd, till 29/09/2014.

Early October was just another letter requesting payment, todays letter is another request but with a more firm approach and threats of legal action with all county court costs set out totalling £298.21

From reading other people's stories about BWL your most recent letter is a LBA and a court claim is imminent. You should prepare for that.

I may be wrong, but i'm not too sure that BW have taken a pre-pofa case to court as yet.
  • Original incident is dated Aug 2011.

The latest letter i have is not a LBA, its says the following.

"Further to out letter dated 9th Aug 2016 where we requested you either pay the balance in full or provide your detailed grounds for disputing the PCN, by 25th Aug 2016, we are yet to receive a payment and/or response to our letter.

This is false i have responded via email 3 times now stating i did not know who was driving the vehicle at that time.

"Please pay the balance by 26th November 2016 or our client MAY instruct us to take legal action"

These letters are just rinse and repeat, i have asked for evidence to show who was driving, they have not provided, i have told them that pre 2012 you cannot holder the keeper of the vehicle responsible. They ignore everything i send and just re-hash the same letters and send them out.

I would be quite happy to stand in court if they make a claim, i will also make a counter claim for harassment and loss of earnings if possible.

I will stand to be corrected ........

    if it was Aug 2011

then its more than 6 years and they can not pursue it in court

    You need to stand up.
