just wondering if anyone is having problems getting on to there smile bank account using the Smile Banking Mobile Phone app toady 10.09.16. it will not work on either mine or my partners phone, both different accounts. so frustrating. They don't seem to have any service page at all, no problem getting in on PC. Just we find the mobile app so quick and handy.have sent them a secure message using PC, but there not the quickest in responding.

Yes down for everyone, I tried at lunchtime. Looking at their Twitter page they know theirs a problem but looks like backend not passing any updates to the customer service side to feed back.
Ideally they need to get a notice on their website regarding the issue, most customers won't consider to go hunting the social channels for updates.0 -
It seems to be working this evening.Paid off the last of my unsecured debts in 2016. Then saved up and bought a property. Current aim is to pay off my mortgage as early as possible. Currently over paying every month. Mortgage due to be paid off in 2036 hoping to get it paid off much earlier. Set up my own bespoke spreadsheet to manage my money.0
