Have received sales details for this 'investment' from Prime Noble Properties (new company) and Aspen Woolf, it looks a far cry from these photos - In view of the number of failed property schemes in Manchester this is what the property looks like today. I would want to see independent evidence that the proposition is sound.

It's a bit ironic that Britain's top soap has a story line which features a dodgy flats scheme in Salford Manchester. Ford Lane Salford is a stones throw from MediaCity where Coronation Street is made.

Why do you keep getting sales details for these types of properties?
Do you ask for it or is it unsolicited?
Have you asked for 'independent evidence that the proposition is sound'?
Are you even considering investing in this?

It last won Best British Soap at the British Soap Awards in 2013.
Prior to that, it last won in 2007. :whistle:
