Well apart from the big box they have positioned pride of place in their front garden

Perfect for letting any burglers know they've got a new TV!
• why go to the expense and then PUT it in the GARDEN:confused:have you upset them in anyway...who are these people...give us the address and I am sure we can sort it out for you...I'd love a new tele...haha...sorry but honestly some people are thick I hope it rains on them...:D

it's the packaging in the garden not the TV! :)

• It's like an inverse scale of taste
-buying largest tv screen possible
-playing "action" movies at high volume
-bragging about it to other people

I forgot another one
-claiming that I'm only being negative because I'm jealous.
Happy chappy

well the tv was played full blast until about 3am.

My music went on full blast at 8am this morning ;) Hopefully they will get the hint. They better not come and complain to me 5 hours sleep doesn't make looby a friendly neighbour!

We are semi detached.

Hubby has the 42" Pioneer plasma mounted on the party wall.

I'm always nagging him to turn it down.

I have asked her if she c an hear it & she says no. But I do worry shes just being polite.

No extra speakers though (I think they look a bit chavy all over the living room & I couldn't stand the wires either). But being Pioneer the sound is pretty intense without any extras.

Do you mean your house is semi-detached?

Nothing I suppose, other than you don't often get big massive speaker systems in a tiny tv ;)

my !!!!!! of a BIL brought the biggest !!!! off flat screen youve ever seen for no other reason than he has to make up for the lack of penis size (they dont even watch tv). he too was trying out the volume and showing off when he got it home and he blew the speakers! hahahahahaha

they have to run it through their stereo now although he thinks he can get a refund. what a !!!!!!. he broke it showing off.
There's someone in my head, but it's not me
