I have been turned down on a PPI I have had a lot of hassle as I changed my name form McAllister to Lowry in 2007 can you help me as I don't know what to do

Assuming your name change was due to marriage it should be a simple matter to provide the Bank with a certificate to prove your identity.
If your PPI complaint was refused for other reasons then tell us what they are if you want further comment.0
