An iPad app that can slow down videos but preserve pitch?

For music learning I'm looking for an app that can simply slow down playback of videos from the iPad photo album, but keeps musical pitch the same. Paid for is fine but need a free trial version first to check it really does this - so many misleading app descriptions in the App Store.

Since no replies, I realise this is a rather specialist topic.
Solved the issue now and it needed one paid and one free app to get the result.
Posting the solution here as someone else may benefit from the info.

First should mention, the music tutorial videos where synced via a DVD > iTunes and all appeared in Home Movies in the Videos app of the iPad.

First, installed SpeedUpTV a £3.99 app, this does preserve pitch while getting the speed down to 0.5. But it can't access videos in Videos app! It can only see ones from the Photos app.

So 2nd app needed, this was HV2Cam. It allows selecting a video from the Videos collection and re-saving in Photo Album.

I would try it but there does not appear to be a trial version of this £4 app.
And that's an issue with a lot of apps that you need to try out first, to check that it can perform your own rather specialised task in a simple way.
