Travel Insurance for TIA

We get travel insurance through my bank for me and my wife. Which is current and all ailments until now declared.
I have just had a TIA and wonder if I can take a separate insurance from another unrelated insurance company with just TIA cover declared or would something in the small print exclude that.
I would imagine my bank insurance would charge me a fortune if I declared a TIA.

Since mine, I've used Columbus and disclosed it and the other issues I have, such as hypertension.
As a result it increases the premium by about 100%.
I would not risk flying overseas without having decent quality cover I know would cover me for my existing conditions.I am a mortgage broker.
