I bought through airline-network.co.uk, when I book my ticket, the website shows the depart is evening, but after payment by credit card and finish booking, the depart time change to early morning, I can not go to the airport in that time, I email and phone the customer service 0870 0436443, their just play around me, did not help me at all, and even cost me lots of money to call 0870, due to long time waiting then the staffs answer my phone start explain to me they can not help me, the manger not available to answer my phone, if I cancel and change the flight time will need to make full payment again.
