Seeking advice with OwnersDirect issue

Arrived to our villa about 9PM where we were greeted by the Key Lady who stayed with us for all of about 10 minutes. We arrived to about 5/6 lightbulbs missing and the Key Lady couldn't be less interested. We are informed the dishwasher doesn't work and the owner is aware but we have no progress or updates. The fridge is dirty and doesn't look clean. The place smells musky and is not as clean as you would expect, the sheets, towels and pillows are thread bare and really old. The cupboards had dirty and soiled pots in them and a layer of dust/grime. The fridge hasn't been defrosted for God knows how long. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom does not blow cold air and is frankly useless. The outdoor area was left in a state with pillows thrown around, clearly not brushed or maintained. I could go on.
So as you can imagine I was gutted and upset to arrive to this and the thoughts of spending 2 weeks here was frankly horrifying. We spent the first day of our holiday in Lidl buying cleaning supplies and spent the entire day scrubbing and washing.
Its nearly a week since I emailed my first email to the owner complaining about cleanliness, air con, fridge and dishwasher. I've included pictures in a follow up email. I've nudged him a few times and the only response I got from him was related to another issue and no acknowledgements to my grievances or issues at all.
We are awaiting a deposit to be returned and I'm hoping to get back some additional money due to the fact the place required extensive cleaning and rewashing of sheets/towels etc before the place felt somewhat comfortable. Also the dishwasher and air con not working as advertised.
Whats next for me? What are my options? I have another week here.

Yes and yes.
We arrived on the Saturday about 9PM and I ended up getting up at 2AM and wrote them an email at that time telling him how distressed and upset I was about the property. I will post them and leave a negative review on the OD website once I get my deposit back.
I want to get more than just my deposit back. I want some more money back.
I also would like to know how to proceed? Given that OD is just and advertising website then I feel I could go to them and complain that the property was not as advertised and the cleanliness was unacceptable.0 -
