Just a quick note to praise Go Ape Customer Service.
My daughter booked a gift voucher for her boyfriend's birthday and made a mistake with one of the ages. Was expecting them, like so many companies, to refuse to make any changes and want to charge for the whole thing again
Couldn't be more wrong. Helpful, friendly and sorted out without any fuss.
